Our Favorite Doctors on Television

We’ve all heard the old’ saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. But let’s face it – there are actually some TV doctors that we just can’t get enough of, so we toss the proverbial apple right out the window.

While the professionals at Glass Doctor® are dedicated to fixing your pains, we like to have a little fun in the process too. So, here’s a list of our top five apple-tossing, worthy of binge-watching, favorite TV doctors.

Hawkeye Pierce

Dr. Pierce was drafted into the U.S. Army and was shipped off to serve at the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H) during the Korean War.

Cliff Huxtable

The Cosby Show

Dr. Huxtable is a married, father of five who runs his obstetrician practice out of his home office.

Doug Ross

Dr. Ross is a dedicated ER pediatrician at County General Hospital who is committed to his patients – no matter the cost.

Greg House

House M.D.

Dr. House is a cantankerous Head of Diagnostic Medicine at Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in New Jersey who is known for his habitual bluntness and insensitivity.

Derek Shepherd

Grey’s Anatomy

Dr. Shepherd is the Chief of Surgery at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital who may actually be known more for his McDreamy good looks than his medical skills.

We’re curious. Which one of these doctors would be on your speed dial?
